WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our team in Barcelona for the EGS Team. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding technical support for the most prestigious Google G Suite customers. This support will be mainly focused on API related topics and networking environments on customer side.

To join our team, you should we able to follow a logical troubleshooting path, navigate through ambiguous problems, collect relevant information, create a hypothesis and test or reproduce issues without jumping to conclusions. You should be able to perform troubleshooting of systems or applications involving multiple technologies or protocols.

You will be providing technical support to Networking products such as load balancing, firewall rules, routes or VPN’s and infrastructure products such as Windows and Linux Servers, scripts or server configurations.

• 
  • A 100% fluent in English professional (minimum C1)
  • European citizenship or work permit in Spain
  • Previous experience in system administration
  • Knowledge in web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL, etc.)
  • Understanding of Networking and its protocols
  • Solid OS knowledge for either Windows or Linux systems
  • Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs)
  • Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces
  • Ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation (Google Developers, Stack Overflow…)
