Responsibilities

• In partnership with the sales teams, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue and order booking objectives.
• As a key member of the business development and sales team, ensure success in building solutions as a response to the above customer requirements.
• Participate in Sales process and lead solution strategy and quality assurance of response to the RFI/RFP’s.
• Front end all solution conversations with customers in local native language.
• Build mindshare with customers and help them with their IT vision and roadmap.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of HCL offerings for all Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure and Google). and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
• Expand expertise beyond cloud to incorporate Digital Workplace solutions for Spain go to market.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and delivery teams.
• Run workshops and advise customers on architectural and strategic IT decisions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and Master’s degree or equivalent
• Several years of design, implementation, and consulting experience with distributed applications or systems architecture
• Very good experience with infrastructure, Cloud and application architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Experience with migrating or redefining legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, technical conferences, and development teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Expertise in Azure or AWS or GCP cloud technology and architecture is a must
• Possess significant experience of IT and networking implementation as well as security and compliance
